At the Tourism Kamloops Store, we’re excited to get your order to you! Below are the details on how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner. Please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

Please note that processing and shipping times may be longer than the above noted time during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within British Columbia, Canada. Shipping rates may vary depending on your location with British Columbia and the size and weight of the product.

Local Delivery

For local deliveries, items will be delivered to the front door of the residential address provided. Once the item is delivered to the specified address, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your order has shipped, delivery times are out of our hands. If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please check your tracking information and contact the carrier for updates. If you need further assistance, reach out to us at visitorcentre@tourismkamloops.com, and we’ll do our best to help but you will be responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost products.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Make sure your shipping details are correct before completing your order—we can’t make changes once it’s placed.
